In class we have been learning to write recount about the Post Hills fire. Here is mine.
The furious fire
It was a normal day but something
was not right. On the port hills a furious fire which started from an electrical fault made one big fire. Trees were demolished, and houses were made into smithereens. People were sad and homeless I was scared because of the fire and then finally the fire stopped burning and I felt relieved. By Lachlan.
You really made this piece come alive with the words you used. Just remember to use capital letters for proper nouns. Port Hills.
